You can submit an inquiry directly through our Request a Quote page. Provide your event date, venue location, estimated guest count, and the specific items you are interested in. Our team will review availability and send a detailed proposal within 24 to 48 hours.

Because premium items (such as throne chairs, custom arches, and marquee letters) have limited inventory, we recommend booking 4 to 8 weeks in advance for standard events, and 3 to 6 months in advance for peak wedding and holiday seasons.

A 50% non-refundable retainer along with a signed electronic rental agreement is required to reserve any rental inventory for your date. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery.

We understand plans change. While retainers are non-refundable, you may transfer your booking to a new available date within 6 months, provided you notify us at least 14 days before your original scheduled event.

Yes. Our professional logistics team handles on-site delivery, precise staging/setup, and post-event breakdown and pickup across Atlanta and nearby suburbs. Delivery fees are calculated based on venue location and order size.

To protect the structural integrity and finish of our luxury inventory (such as heavy backdrop frames, staging, and delicate throne seating), most items require white-glove delivery and handling by our certified crew. Inquire for smaller decorative pickup options.
